L/Bombardier Peter Frederick Paulson 277 Bty., 68 H.A.A. Regt. RA. (ON 28-36) Killed 21 June 1942 age 23. Tobruk Western Desert. Buried Knightsbridge War Cemetery, Acroma. Libya. He was the son of F Paulson who was a manager at Snook and Co. Nottingham. (Clothing manufacturers and merchants).
He was in the same Battn/Reg. as JW Grain, killed 2 days later and had lost his brother to Peritonitis in Ramleh in 1940.

From The Nottinghamian April 1943:
PF Paulson was the second of three brothers who attended the school, who have lost their lives during the war. He saw many months service in the Middle East. (I can find no trace of the first brother, Tom, being killed).
